Each of deVuono's hats is impeccably put together one at a time. Take note of the exquisite quality. Each flower, leaf, and decoration is created completely by hand in her Seattle studio. Whether ordering directly for something unique or wholesale for your shop, the attention to detail is unsurpassed.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Ann deVuono was trained in classical ballet. The influence costumes had on her during her years performing led to her passion for headdresses. Her millinery skills were developed costuming for dance and theatre companies. This was followed by numerous private commissions.
| The only milliner asked by Seattle's SeaFirst Gallery to participate in their show, The View From Here, her magnificent creation, Mt. Rainier in Winter, was one of the select works chosen to tour the United States and Japan. |

One of deVuono's signature woven pieces, Spectator with Poppy, was chosen for publication in Fiberarts Design Book Six, selected from over 5500 entries from 36 countries.
Ms. deVuono is a previous recipient of an Artist Trust GAP Award for outstanding work and she is always involved in community service through her art. Since 2003, she has been a featured artist at The Kentucky Museum of Arts and Design.
Superbly crafted, Ann deVuono's hats embody a sculptural sense of design. Fine examples of her work can be seen in boutiques and galleries in major cities across the United States including Seattle, New York, and Chicago.
